Business Plan Challenge Category Selection
Entrants must fit the description of one of the three (3) categories to be eligible for the NEO Business Plan Challenge 2005. Only one category may be selected. If you are unsure which category you will submit your plan, check undecided. You must choose a category other than undecided when submitting your business plan with the official entry form.

Special Recognition Category Selection
Entrants who also fit one of the special recognition criteria have an additional chance to be recognized. You may select any of the recognition categories that apply.
